IHC

Another IHC has come and gone and we survived! Actually IHC is something that our family looks forward to for months. Yes it is exhausting and hard with kids, but it is also a wonderful time to make memories, spend time with family, meet with friends old and new, and get renewed spiritually. I think that it is really important for my kids to see that we are not part of a small group, but that there are many other Christians like us all over the USA.
I kept forgetting to take the kids picture. This is on the way to our car the last night. Four tired but happy kids.
Chris and Olivia looking out our window at the Crown.
Olivia kept trying to get OUT of the stroller all day but when we got back to the hotel she kept climbing IN.
The third day at IHC and the first time she fell asleep in her stroller.
Chris and Olivia taking a break.

Chris and his friend Ethan getting ready to sing in the children's choir.
Walter taking last minute offering before singing in children's choir.
Charlie holding a sign for kids to line up.
Brittany on her way to sing.
The Children's Choir. All of our kids are up there somewhere.

After IHC my sister and family came home with us for two nights, we went to the Collingsworth concert (pictures to follow soon)on Saturday and after the concert some friends came home with us to spend the night, and go to church with us on Sunday. We had four adults and NINE kids and we made it to Sunday School on time!! We had a great weekend visiting with old friends. I forgot to get the camera out and take pictures:-(
I still have pictures from Charlie's birthday party and the concert. Hopefully I will get them up soon.

Thanks for sharing the IHC pictures. I missed going, but made the best of my situation by enjoying it through the internet. If you ever want to make sure you get to sunday school on time when your sister isn't staying with you, just ask Erma to come over. You will arrive in time to shake hands with everyone as they come in. LOL--I knew you would appreciate that comment.
