Living With a Genius

I do not have a lot of time to blog today, but I wanted to take time to brag on my hubby, and to let everyone know that I am still around. Tim got all of his grades back for this semester and He got all A's. I am so proud of him. He is doing great in school and really enjoying it. I love you Honey. Only two more years to go:-)

I have lots of pictures and news to post from the past week. Hopefully I can do that in the next day or two. Today I have LOADS of laundry, and I am taking lunch to the people working on our church's new parsonage.
Have a lovely day!!

My new scrapblog

I Am So Blessed

I had a wonderful Mothers Day. Saturday Tim gave me roses and my first ever Vera Bradley Purse. The kids did not think this was good enough since they had not bought it with their own money. So from them, I got scrapbooking stuff, candy dish, pot holder, and two homemade cards.
We had Tim's parents over, and Tim cooked. We had Chicken kabobs, salad, red potatoes, rolls and dessert(I made the dessert). He did a great job, and lunch was delicious.
Thanks guys for the great day!!

Field Trip to the Children's Museum

Thursday we went to the Indianapolis Children's Museum. I was raised in Westfield In.,so the museum was a yearly trip for our school. I had not been in about 20 years and my kids had never been. We did not get through the whole thing, but hope to go back sometime this summer. The kids had a great time. For those of you on a budget, the first Thursday of every month, from 4-8 is free admission. It is worth the trip!

Wild Wednesday in the park

Today we went to the park for Wild Wednesday. It is every Wednesday May -August. Today they had someone from the Cincinnati Zoo. We got to see and touch a Madagascar Hissing cockroach, an armadillo, a chinchilla, a Python snake, and an alligator. It is always very educational. After the program, they always have a raffle. Chris won a poster. We also had free pizza and drink for lunch.
